Who this service is for
This website is for parents and guardians only. Children don't use it. You give us information about your child so Santa can reply to them.
What we collect
- Your first name and email address, and a postal address if you choose to have the keepsake letter posted.
- A photo of your child's letter, and what you tell us about them: first name, age, and anything optional you choose to add (town, school year, teacher, friends' first names, siblings, pets, and notes about the year).
Please use first names only. We don't need surnames, addresses or photos of your child.
How we use it
Only to make and send Santa's replies to you: two videos and a printed letter. We never sell it, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train AI models.
To do this we use these services, which process the information on our behalf:
- Anthropic (Claude) reads the letter and writes Santa's words.
- fal.ai creates Santa's voice and videos.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores files.
- Resend sends our emails.
How long we keep it
Everything (the letter photo, your details, the videos and the printed letter) is deleted automatically 30 days after your second video. If an order is never finished, it is deleted after 14 days. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.
Our legal basis
We process the information to provide the service you asked for. You confirm you're the child's parent or guardian.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
